How to reset RetailBox app cache

If you're having issues loading content, you can reset the app cache.

How to clear cache

RetailBox stores screen saver content and thumbnails on device after downloading it from the internet. If you've downloaded a screen saver that won't play, you can try and reset RetailBox cache to re-download it. 

 

Resetting app cache does not reset your data limit. If you think your limit has been calculated incorrectly, request a reset.

  1. Update to RetailBox 5.1 or later

  2. Tap Settings

  3. Tap About

  4. Tap Troubleshooting

  5. Tap Clear Cache

Resetting cache is recommended only if instructed by a support representative. if you reset your cache accidentally, you can request a data limit reset.
